Methionine and Biotin Retard Hair is a dietary supplement of Methionine, Vitamins, and Minerals with prolonged release (retard action). Methionine is part of the structure of keratin, the fundamental substance of hair and nails. Biotin, together with Zinc, contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. Copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation. Vitamins enrich the formulation. Each tablet contains 300 mg of Methionine and 100 mcg of Biotin.

How to use

How to use: We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning with a glass of water.
